Yeah, and it doesn't reconcile with the two kids partially obscured behind one-handed cringe-guy, and the shooter. Wouldn't make sense to argue it was the shooter's right sleeve of T-shirt.
Look at the civilian to the left of the shooter. There is a bright fringe of sunlight along the edge of his pants. Follow that line upwards to his belt. You can see just a bit of it again just below the shooter's arm.
Notice a second line of sunlight that starts just above the civilian's belt displaced to the left from the first line of sunlight. Funny that it starts so abruptly right where the guy's shirt and pants come together.
It looks like the shooter is standing partly in a shadow, otherwise, he would have more of that bright fringing on his head back and shoulder. But why is his skin so much brighter than the rest of the people?
