I agree. I think it's staged. If not, the photographer is standing in clear view of whoever the shooter is trying to hit. However, I don't see any reason to Photoshop it, when you've got people willing to pose.

That's my take as well. That said, it is always possible that it is not staged, but it is not relevant.

Right, it's just staged. Why would they go to the trouble of finding some people and having them look like they are near someone firing and then find a guy firing and painstakingly pasting him in? Just get a real guy firing by a crowd. There are plenty of gunmen around.

Also, there are probably ten photographers lined up taking this shot. He's probably firing at a tree.
