3 days before the 21st anniversary of Hiroshima's bomb, I stood close to ground zero. That was a few weeks prior to going to the Nam. Was wishing we had a truman type in office instead of the bum we had. Wanted him to drop a bunch of these things along the DMZ so I'd have "glow in the dark targets". No such luck.
