If they were then why did George Bush reject the notion of an international court having jurisdiction over Americans? Apparently US confidence is such that it would not subject itself to such a monstrosity, dumb ass.

And US opinion is such that Serbia needs to remain under the jurisdiction of the ICTY, seeing as how the Serbs are still unable to deal with their recent past themselves.

I should have specified "balkan policies" in my previous post. My bad.
