You just do not get it do you. Tom Delay does not want to be in Congress anymore. I thought that he had made that patently obvious. He has moved to Virginia to either become a lobbyist or a political consultant. After he lost his leadership position, he lost his love for his seat.

Won't work - the RATs would then sue to say he was not eligible because of his legal residency... he did legally change it to Virginia...
