There was a guy who used to live in my same apt complex and moved (around when I did) a few years ago. He and his Arab friends would come in go with the same vehicles, but with different license tags (sometimes from different states). I reported it because 1. it was illegal, and 2. he made me nervous. He moved on the 1st anniversary of 9-11 in a U-haul. He went to Minneapolis 'as well' (at least that is what he said when I was trying to have a sweet conversation with him with the intention of finding out where he was heading). I still have his name written down somewhere and keep thinking one day his name will pop up on the news.
