You need to ask yourself a couple of questions.

First, why does the guy have a couple hundred pre-paid cell phones in his car? Do you do that?

Second, why would the local cops decide to call in the FBI?

I suspect that there's a lot more to the story than is being reported here. One is left to wonder whether you've really thought through the potential implications.

I'm just saying folks need to be alert to their surroundings. To be watching for objects left in crowded places that could be detonated. Sheesh...I love my pre-paid phone, and I'm not going to use it for evil, but others have.

Did you miss the information about the quantity of cell phones they were trying to purchase, and had in their car?

Now, if you go into WALMART and ask to purchase 50 shotguns, do you think they should just keep quiet and sell them to you??????

So, are you saying that no questions should be asked? Then why bother with trying to guard against any kind of terror activity. They'll just use another way to get us.
We might as well give up. If anything seems or looks suspicious we should do nothing without probably cause or unless a crime has been committed.

Let's just throw in the towel and forget about applying common sense to any incident where no crime has been committed. That would also rule out searches anywhere including the airports, stadiums, undergrounds etc. They'll just use another way to get us...why bother.
