I have managed over 1.5 billion dollars worth of heavy highway construction jobs, punk. Who are you to claim I am unjustified in buying anfo?
Relax, dude. The purchase of ANFO in the case of construction would be a company (professional) and not a personal purchase. I would suspect that significant paperwork would be involved in the purchase of such large quantities of ANFO. I questioned in the thread because you were not forthcoming with the reasons for purchasing large quantities of ANFO. One person suggested open pit mining. The purchase of 100 cellphones by a single individual who is a stranger in a small town, as is the topic of this thread would likely not be a company (professional) purchase. In one case its a company professional purchase and in the other is a personal retail usage. The two instances would be incomparable to one another.

See, there ARE legitimate uses of anfo. Besides, it's good around the farm for popping stumps and rocks, too, as long as you can obtain the caps without an eye.
Like others have said, it (large cellphone purchases) could have been a boss buying them for his company, or for gifts.
