ANFO stands for ammonium nitrate/fuel oil. Buying it pre-mixed, are you ? There are NO LEGITIMATE uses for buying "several hundred tons" ammonium nitrate mixed with fuel oil as you have clearly claimed. You were the one to use the term "ANFO", no one else has.
