Grafton, WV is in the panhandle of West Virginia...about 75 miles (or so) from Pittsburgh. In the story posted above, the 'immigrants' that were picked up (one Russian held, one let go...but both with Michigan DLs) were just east of Pittsburgh (Murrysville, PA). These 'Michigan Drivers' had just purchased cell phones (according to the news report) and were picked up on their way to Philadelphia.

Nothing to see here...lets all move along.

I'm not seeing anything solid to tie the guy in the "Georian story" to this story -- I didn't spot any mention of Grafton in the articles posted. Perhaps I missed it ... or is there a different source?
