If these were going to be used as triggers don't you think they would buy 1-3 at a time over a time period & don't you think they would have the people in each city/region buy their own cell phones?

If, as you state, most Americans don't care that we are at war those who wish to harm us do understand that they are at war and will take basic steps to keep what they are doing below the radar.


Buying 100 prepaids in one transaction isn't something those at war with us would do.
