According to BMI statistics, I'm obese as well. Just so you know, I'm 5'6", and 158 lbs. I train in 3 martial arts, run and work out EVERY day, and have a heart rate of less than 50 beats a minutes. Yup, I'm obese.

My family doctor DOES NOT go by BMI.
