I HATE the BMI! It's an antiquated, inaccurate system, and it needs to be done away with. Accordingly, I should be around 55%, but the submersion test puts me at 31%. Shows how much those "scientists" knew.

The BMI is a joke. Most athletes test high because of muscle mass.
This article is indicative of how low can they go in an effort to find something, anything, to criticize Bush for.
What about old white thighs?
