Start with the easily identifiable targets chock full of the enemy. Low hanging fruit like Syria and Iran would be neat places to start IMO. Perhaps after a couple of good nukings like that (ok MOABings if you absolutely insist), we could be introduced to this 'moderate muslim majority' of which we keep hearing. Maybe civilization could be friends with those guys - dunno.
I'm still waiting for the peaceful muslims to leap out and shout that the 9/11 attacks were evil and that OBL is evil and that unprovoked attacks on Israel and the US (and others of course) are evil. We've been waiting since 2001.
