How they show their ugly faces, at least to me, is in the fact that they have had smokers threw out of about everyplace that there is, but it's never good enough for the worshippers of nanny-state. They are never satisfied until they can impose their beliefs on you, no matter what they may be. They're nothing but the new control-freak puritans.

That's right!  And do you know we don't even have an Interstate that runs the full length of Maine?  It ends in Houlton.  It's another two lane, winding road on up to Presque Isle, Ft. Kent, etc.

Maine has so many little pet programs they waste money on, they can't even get the money together to complete the Interstate.  It's disgusting.  Truckers HATE coming up here!  And I don't blame them.

And you get your vehicle up to 55 for a few minutes then you come to a berg, and have to slow down to 30.  Then back up to 55 for a few minutes then here comes another berg.  It's horrible.

You must have grown up in the same time frame as me.  Live and let live.

Today, we have all these little groups that want to change everyone's life to suit their own.  I've never seen the likes of it.

And we can buy cigarettes but are made to feel like a leper for using them.  It's a sad state we are in now.
