11 Egyptian Exchange Students Missing

WASHINGTON — Eleven Egyptian students who arrived in the United States last month are being sought by authorities after failing to turn up for an exchange program at Montana State University.

The Egyptian men were among a group of 17 students who arrived at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York from Cairo on July 29 with valid visas, according to U.S. authorities and university officials.

The other six have arrived at the Bozeman, Mont., campus for a monthlong program on English language instruction and U.S. history and culture, university spokeswoman Cathy Conover said.

When the 11 didn’t turn up by the end of the last week, the FBI issued a lookout to state and local law enforcement, said FBI Special Agent Richard Kolko.

"At this point all they have done is not show up for a scheduled academic program," Kolko said. "There is no threat associated with these men."

Rather clever to mix Jihadists in with innocent students. You get the benefit of the doubt much longer. Those who showed up for class can say, Gee, I don't know where Abdul went. He said he wanted a donut and coffee...haven't seen him since.

They're either driving cabs and selling falafel in New York City or they're plotting to blow it up (or possibly both).

We're morons either way.

Why in the world are their names and pictures on every tv news channel and newspaper in this country. Oh wait I forgot Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have had a baby no one has seen, and the NFL season is about to start. The media is busy covering the really important stuff.

It's time for GPS chip implants for all foreigners entering the US, espesially from countries where Islam is the major religion. We just cant take the chance anymore. Many on the left would cry fowl at the suggestion of implants on foreigners entering the country but constitutional rights of privacy (I believe) should only apply to citizens. I say break out the tracking devices.

Here's the reality of what we need to face in this country. If you are from a country that supports terrorist now, or in the past, you ARE a suspect.

We need to get very serious about this crap. This kind of thing should just be totally UNACCEPTABLE to ALL of us in this country. We should know EXACTLY where these eleven are, with no doubt!

Be alert!

Why in the world are their names and pictures on every tv news channel and newspaper in this country.

If they are truly students who are sightseeing their way to school, plastering their faces on the news would make them appear to be criminals/terrorists and possibly put them in danger. On the other hand, if they are terrorists, they may have altered their appearances by now. The fact that there are eleven of them gives me the heebie jeebies. I'm reminded of the significance to muslims of the number eleven Oliver North describes in detail in his book The Assassins.

Why is any non-citizen Muslim allowed in America? How stupid does the POTUS and Congress think we are?

"I'm assuming that the government would have photos on file...

That's your first mistake. Your second is not realizing that government school cafeteria workers have a higher sense of security than does the INS. Face it, those who we are relying on to keep this country safe from terrorist coming in over the border have failed us miserably.

No threat, just like the six million wet backs flooding across the Rio Grande, no doubt joined by terrorists of every stripe. This "no threat" statement from an F.B.I. agent is astoundinng.

I think any pig at the trough thinks those not at the trough are stupid. Hierarchy and its inherent arrogance exists in every organization.

But if we disallowed muslims to receive any visas, or noone from 'muslim' countries, we'd be railed politically and worldwide. Nice.

Bend over and take it America. These monsters have more of a 'right' to do what they want and that means more than your 'right' to not die.

"The Egyptian men were among a group of 17 students who arrived at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York from Cairo on July 29 with valid visas"

And exactly why would our Dept. of Homeland Insecurity be allowing ANYONE from Egypt or other Muslim hotbeds into our country?

Are they intent on having a jihadist Trojan Horse that will someday bring us down?

I'd give anything for a President who would put our sovereignty and domestic security first. The present one doesn't seem interested.

You know Al Queda, Iran, Syria, Hez, Palis and a lot of other terrorists groups have been threatening to attack America and Americans all over the world and our officials continue business as usual, now that is scary. We could have three more 9/11s and people and politicians will continue their dumbass ways.

They haven't been seen since they walked out of JFK Airport. I doubt they're in Montana.
