I'll have to see it myself.

First time Freeper, long time lurker. Greetings all.

Here's my post on the Nascar movie. I watched it with my brother over the weekend. It could have really been a funny movie, however it was loaded with annoying homosexual subplots. It had a gay household scene, gay kissing several times and other scenes which really burned out the whole movie. The gay protagonist didn't contribute to the movie either other than irritation.

It certainly wasn't respectful of Christianity. The baby Jesus meal prayer started off respectful for about 10 seconds than slid into more of a subtle mockery than anything for the next 4-5 minutes. They did the prayer thing twice.

None of that enhanced the movie - it actually creeped out everybody in the theatre, and this was in LA. The script should have removed the homo and anti-religious elements and used anything else. Too bad, the concept and about 30 minutes of the movie was funny, but intermixing humor with these topics is disturbing when one is there to be entertained.

So, if that's what people want to see its out there, however a little warning would only have been fair so I could have watched something else.

Part Deux and that's my brief review
