Reputable outpatient clinics have higher standards, and strict controls regarding fluids....containing and disposing.
No comparison with an abortuary, with clients rushed through quickly to meet their quota for the day.
Well, I guess the story is effective--but wouldn't you find this in a lot of outpatient surgeries?
No you wouldn't ,, they would have tile or linoleum floors and hard surface walls ,, no carpet.. If they were using vacuum aspiration equipment a large amount of microscopic blood droplets would be aerosolized and sprayed around the room by the vacuum pumps exhaust and not captured in the "catch tank" ,, as the article states that the vacuum pump machine was cleaned in the sink with the garbage (baby) disposal that tells me that it was not a permanently plumbed in machine (which would likely be mounted outside the building for noise reduction) but rather was a portable..
I would use this "defect" in the building to cancel the sale if at all possible and try to get out of the deal... you could hose the entire building in Clorox and not make it safe to breathe in again.
