Though violence would drop while the hezzies regroup and rebuild. Only if Lebanon outlaws these kinds of groups and goes after them. They wont. They didnt up til now, they would only seek to maybe try to control them. But Iran controls them in the end.

As bad as it sounds, we must hope for continued war. For everday Israel kills more islamo facsists and destroys their infrastructure. Anything less is simply going to make the problem continue. This needs to be a decisve victory with total defeat of the hezzies.

easily 1/3 of the Lebanese army are shiites who claim loyalty and support for Hezbollah.

So putting them on the southern borders is about the same as having Hezbollah there.

I'm sure they will turn a blind eye as Hezbollah rearms.
