This is one seat GOP will not hold IMHO. Ney selfishly waited too long to turn over the campaign to a more viable candidate.

Murtha going down in the district to the east (PA-12) will even it back up.

I am not close to it. But, I understand that the district has about an 8% GOP lean and Space the Dem is a weak candidate. If we get a good strong candidate I think we would have a good chance to hold. Again I am an outsider so maybe we can hear some opinions from someone who is local.
