From what I've read he lives in Columbus - that's where his howeowners exemption is, but voted in Columbiana county - registered at his Lisbon office apparently.

This puts Ken in a tight place, does he really want to be the first candidate for gov in Ohio to disqualify his oppenent?

Blackwell should refer this to the State Treasurer or the AG and get them to indict Strickland for an illegal homeowners exemption, using his voter registration as prima facie evidence. If Strickland claims that he actually lives in Columbus, then they ca charge him with illegal voting registration. Blackwell shouldn't try to disqualify Strickland from running, though, since it probably wouldn't work and it would surely backfire at the polls.
