And it went off whether there was anything in the ovens!!
I can't count the times I took off for the ovens to check and there wasn't a pizza in sight. I wasn't the only one that did it either.
I still have scars on my arms from those old ovens!
Did anyone ever send you to look for a 'dough repair kit' when you started working in pizza joints?
