No, he went to war as part of a bigger picture. He completed a plan set up by our own CIA..fact. It has been an ill conceived plan and a black period in our intervention of the Balkans. Now, we face the possibility of Hillary becoming presidentte.....or presenette...:)) Clinton fullfilled a strategy set forth in the 70's....this goes back to 1948. Long story and a very bad story.
