I disagree.
It was Hillary's attack AFTER the impeachment, coordinated (developed perhaps) during two-weeks of closed-door "establishment + MSM press only" meetings in Washington in early February.
Hillary needed to distract the country from impeachment, from Juanita's revelation of Clinton's rape (and her assistance in covering it up!), and to get HER (Hillary) photo-op's of refugees in Europe for her NY Senate campaign.
(Hillary had to invoke WWII-era trains and refugees to get her NY (liberal and Jewish) voters to remember the Holocaust. That the Serb's (Christians and WWII Nazi-supporters) were convenient and were actually committing some (not all) of the crimes there was convenient and served as the excuse.
There NEVER was any 100,000 murders. NEVER any of the massacres we being told about.
In fact, Clinton HAD to use NATO (not the UN) because he (she) could control and influence NATO, but could not have gotten the UN (USSR would have veto'ed any Security Council motion!) to accept "OUR" invasion and bombing of THEIR Allies. This despite the inconvenient fact that NATO was ONLY intended for defense, but had been propagandized BY Russia into a threat to Russia and the Slavic nations.
Then here comes Hillary, perfectly proving the years of Russian propaganda when NATO (Clinton) invaded and bombed a Slavic people.
