He was stuck at home , one hand on the mouse the other in his pants. Joey is Bored. Joey has an idea. He's going to become an international politician.
He looks at some photos of evil Serbs from an old issue of TIME and realises that the "SERBS" are bad. Not just bad but real bad. Like worse than that guy who tried to kill superman but superman had that orgasmatron or whatever.
Anyway , Joey doesn't like bad people, so Joey hates them there evil SERBS. Joey's now happy because he knows what EVIL is . He still dribbles often yet on a good day can count up to ten and he knows EVIL and that is SERBIA.
