There is a pacifier on that kid. Notice the shirt being tugged down by it. However, it's so pristine it was probably put on for the photo.
I don't want to sound insensitive, but the green helmit guy is holding the baby up like he is mugging for the camera after he caught a 5 pound bass. In real time, that baby would have been taken as rapidly as possible to a medical person to see if ther could be and revival of the child. This guy is there for a photoop.
