The plan is to meet at the statue of Kate Sessions, near the corner of 6th and Laurel, at 11:30am. There is a lot of parking in the Balboa Park, but a lot of it is going to be taken because of the rally. If you need more details, e-mail me at eric_odessit@yahoo.com.
