No. I've used the Clone tool since before there was a Photoshop. That thing has been altered. I'd bet the farm.

Yeah, Ditto-

Not only is it faked (using the clone tool)... It is faked by a complete amateur. I suppose the first few photos I 'enhanced' contained similar bad techniques, but I rapidly learned how to blend smoothly and not have noticable repeating patterns.

Hey Reuters... You want to hire me to do your fakes? I'm much better than the guy that did this.

As a publisher, I belive you're on to something.

For those that are not learned in the power of Photoshop for image manipulation and the inherent capabilities of the software and most importantly the graphic artist, I would not bet against your hypothesis Prion.
