I owned a house in the heart of nowhere. Many times our street light went out and during the new moon, I would run into things and basically cussed like a sailor as I fumbled to the front of the house. Don't miss it one bit, despite the fact that I could see the Milky Way.

Other times during the full moon, the light was so bright I could cut the grass or work on the house.

Guess the moon can only shed light in the new NannyState.

HehHehHehHehHeh ..... I know what you mean. Sometimes when the moon was full when I lived in the country, my sensors for security lights wouldn't even work.
