Hello,
Hugo? Smart move to get out of that! Here in the mid-west, we only have to deal with an occasional tornado and the persistent threat of the New Madrid Fault. On the History Channel tonight, they showed how St. Louis is toast, when that little gem turns up. They did a great job of scaring me big time!

Oh, that's SO pathetic. I hafta go to bed now and cry myself to sleep thinking of poor Jonny out there on the mean streets with only a sign for company. Oh, I forgot, you have Joe-Bob and Spot for companionship. I kinda LIKED Spot, you know. He used to bite the meter reader.
