Probably not US manufacture. US equipment is made under license in other countries.

Saudi Arabia maybe. I think you are right. We've sold them a lot of hardware, including TOWs.

Did you see that movie, "War Lord" with Nicolas Cage? It was ALL about that. I did. It was 90% BS. Especially the part where the US forces leaving Lebanon left behind all their M-16s and sold them by the pound. The movies is done in semi-documentary style, but is no more a documentary than Moore's F.9/11.
