At that point, Lewinsky said Clinton offered his own joke - apparently so obscene that censors redacted it from the public transcript. Lewinsky said Clinton offered still another joke, asking her, "Oh, did I tell you the Jewish-American princess and apple one...?"

I think she was probably referring to the Apple computer, and its renowned uptime. Not that obscene, given the principal subject matter of the Lewinsky affair.
