I wish that Jeb would get into the race. I've heard he doesn't want the job... but he could win it... hold the job for a few months... start a "listening tour" to decide whether to run for president... then resign to give it the attention it deserves (and the new Gov can hand pick a Republican who would have plenty of time to build up an incumbent's record)... then decide against running for president ("at this time").

Jeb had been rather adamant that he has no interest in running for the Senate in 2006 or running for President in 2008. The only thing that he has refused to rule out is serving as John mcCain's VP.
