I really don't understand why they give Clark so much airtime. I turn the channel when I see his smarmy face.

I'm not sure how Clark ever commanded NATO knowing his position on every confrontation that crops up.

Do you really think the news folks just where they want when they want in Israel? Not hardly. It isn't the U.S. Israeli security is allowing these broadcasts.

Good morning.

FNC's field reporters have repeatedly stated that they operate under restrictions imposed by the IDF. They aren't revealing anything that Israel doesn't want them to.

Film of Israeli streets damaged by rockets helps to counter the rest of the MSM's film from Lebanon and the 122mm rockets aren't accurate enough for news reports to matter anyway.

I am watching the news, and I see reporters showing the exact position where rockets are landing in Israel. Great spotting guys!

You are making the assumption that those Hezbo rockets and their handlers are capable of making those things hit in the same spot twice.

Thus, if you have to refer to themm by their head dress please call them: "Little sheet heads". Thank you.

I stand chastised! Henceforth, they are all "sheet heads"!

Good morning.
"You could see how over three weeks she went from balanced to pro-hizzy."

What an utter and complete crock. I'm sorry, but this is ludicrous.

"What an utter and complete crock. I'm sorry, but this is ludicrous."

Really? Six people died today in Northern Israel. They are reporting on how Hizbollah is firing a record number of rockets as if this is a sport.

Lebanese deaths are getting much airplay even though it was already proved that Qana was a setup. Yet they still are reporting on it as if Israel committed atrocities.

Meanwhile, the six dead in Israel are getting a 10 second spot.

Ludicrous? I don't think so. I am homebound and have been watching this for hours every day since it started. I might as well put on CNN. Given, Fox is a bit more balanced, but not by much.

Correction - Fox reporting that it is now 28 people(5 days later) when we knew this two days ago. And Israel took responsibilty claiming however that Hezzy's used the civilians as human shields.

You know something? I haven't heard anything to date about how the hezzy's, not signatories to the geneva accords are being afforded that status even though they are violating them.

I was thinking a trial of the "Metal Storm" system might be able to take them down. A 2-3 second burst with radar aiming might do the trick. The only problem might be the 1 million rounds of lead coming back down may be worse than the rocket.

Good morning.
"Please. The NVA could do it in a matter of minutes"

Do what? Fire then adjust on the impact? No, they didn't. They did the same thing these Islamists are doing, only without the Nissan PUs and they did it at night usually because night vision wasn't as good as it is today.

Chuck would set his simple launchers up fire and split, hoping there wasn't a LRP team nearby to call arty down on his head before he got away.

Please. The NVA could do it in a matter of minutes - and they didn't have much more than tin cans and string.

With what weapons? Mortars? Artillery? Or long range rockets? Wasn't it mostly mortars that you're talking about? I wasn't there, but I suspect you're not talking about the NVA adjusting fire with Katyushas. Mortars are easy as hell to adjust, and you sometimes can do it by direct observation. Even arty is much easier to adjust than unguided long range rockets.

Shepherd Smith must be in charge. He seems to love Lebannon and Hezbollah so much; the little (________fill-in the blank________).

These are simply being used as a terror weapon like Germany was using V-1's and V-2's.

Excellent analogy, and it works right down to the lack of round by round adjustment of the V-series and the rockets used by Hezbollah. As you point out, they are not firing them in massive salvos as you normally would do when adjusting fire. It's not fire a couple to get the range, then fire 20 or so. It's launch one from here, two from there, etc.

"I might as well put on CNN."

You might as well. It would probably make you appreciate FNC's reportage a little more.

Maybe not.

That's like saying "I might as well vote Democrat".

Your reply could be: "You might as well. It would probably make you appreciate those reportage big-spending, big government Republicans's a little more."

...and you can rest assured that Ike and Winnie weren't sitting around watching it on the TV screen! You can also rest assured that nobody else was, either. The cameraman would have been shot on sight, and the equipment destroyed or hauled aaway.!

I did put on CNN to contrast the coverage between the two stations. That was the gagging sound you probably heard.

CNN is definitely the Chicken Noodle Network. There is NO positives about Israel there. Given, Fox is more balanced, however it is the contributors that are giving a more pro-Israel slant then the actual people working there.

Shephard Smith, Jonathan Hunt, Jennifer Griffin, Dave Palkot are not presenting from the middle. Do you disagree?

This is why air superiority is the trump card of war.

That's why they call it Ho Chi Minh Ciry, right!
