1/400 probably -- default for many digitals outdoors. To get a "realistic" prop blur, you need to set your camera to shutter priority and 1/250 or slower. Experiment with the speed to see how much blur you want.

It is rare to see a professional photo with the props frozen like this. It looks a bit unnatural (especially if there is no other indicator of motion in the frame).
