Where does it stop?  Because with people like you, it's not going to ever stop.  It will just keep going and going and going and going until everyone in the country has to have a mandatory blood screening for 50 different conditions every 4 years.

Personally, I don't think that's conservatism.

So folks who smoke shouldn't pay more? Folks who get in accidents and/or violate traffic laws shouldn't pay more? Or whose houses get flooded frequently shouldn't be charged more? Why I should I be forced to subsidize someone else's bad/foolish behavior? How conservative is that?
