I distinctly remember watching President Nixon, when talking about a then-current accused criminal (the case had strong notoriety at the time) say the guy was “guilty, directly or indirectly” of the crime. The phrase “allegedly guilty” had simply escaped his mind.

He was vilified in the press and there was no small amount of discussion on the “Sunday shows” about the fact that he could be sued for saying that.

Enter Murtha, who goes far farther, and IS sued. This will be interesting. We will see if we live under the rule of law.

I believe Murtha will lose this one, and he is very, VERY nervous.

Ahhh, but you forgot.....NIXON was a Republican. That little fact makes all the difference in the world.

Before I make my next statement, let me say that it is not directed at you. It is cynical and sarcastic, but very true in my opinion. Ready?

We will see if we live under the rule of law.

I think it is hilarious that there are some that think we, the collective citizens, live under the rule of law. The peons do, the Republicans do, (with a few exceptions) but the DemonRAT party most certainly DO NOT!

Short list:
Any Kennedy, any KlinToon, j F'n sKerry, Murtha, McKinney, Sandy Burgler, Marc Rich ............................
