Who, in reality, don't want tobacco banned, or smokers to quit They just want cigarettes to be put in the same category as "recreational" drugs. They believe that once this happens, smokers will have no choice but to either quit or become pro-drug legalization, swelling the ranks of the pro-drug movement.
