Not that I'm taking up for the guy, but he wasn't DUI. He had two incidents of "Minor in possession of alcohol", one in front of his frat house and another in Oklahoma City where he was drinking beer at a Hornets game. Neither incident involved driving.
There were others... including one in Tulsa.
