he is plenty presidential material, hes got a great record as governor is a good conservative and is scandal free. Rudy on the other hand is far from it, the guy has numerous scandals, has buddies like bernard kerik, cheated on multiple wives. He has no moral compass what so ever. Without a moral compass, he isn't presidential material.
