You've got a hell of a nerve calling anyone ignorant. You who, based upon your posts in this thread, DON'T know what the crusades were about; DON'T know what the inquisition was about; DON'T acknowledge the difference between a murderous, Satanic psychopath and a Man who justifiably and by His living example is called The Prince of Peace; DON'T know the difference between the acts of men in the name of God and The written Word of God; and who speaks in terms of equivalence with respect to Islam and Christianity.

I know exactly what they were about. The Crusades were a series of wars (sanctioned by the Pope Urban II as penance for those who joined the fight) to seize the Holy Sites in Israel seized by Muslims; the Inquisition was the effort by the Catholic church to eliminate religious diversity and opposition to its power over governments; and as for the "Written Word of God", it doesn't exist... religious texts are simply the insane scribblings of madmen and tyrants.

Both religions have a long history of using violence and fear to bend the will and policies of governments in order to control the human race.

America's enemy is a faction of Islam that does not adhere to the principles of the Muslim religion. And yeah... when I see posts on this forum advocating the destruction of a American mosque and suggesting that we be suspect of ALL MUSLIMS, I'm going to call a spade a spade... it's is bigoted ignorance and I'm embarrassed by it. Our enemy is not Islam, it is radical Islamic Fascism.
