Snip: Longtime Dow employee Wen Shyu Liu, 69, was arrested Tuesday in Seattle, Washington, on charges of conspiracy, receipt and possession of stolen trade secrets, wire fraud, illegal monetary transactions, perjury and asset forfeiture, US Attorney David Dugas said in a statement.
All charges were associated with stolen Dow trade secrets which the suspect, also known as David Liou, is alleged to have attempted to market to Chinese firms, the statement said.

Snip: A message attributed to Sheikh Hamed al-Ali addressed to all jihad brigades was distributed today, Tuesday, August 29, 2006, to a password-protected al-Qaeda-affiliated forum. The message is an incitement piece to rile the ranks of the Mujahideen, the sheikh writing in a dramatic prose of the “victorious group” and defenders of the Qur’an drawing swords against the Western and Shi’a aggressor. As the enemies entered the Islamic lands and the “words of the belief” were heard, Muslims engaged in jihad causing the Western “Crusader” enemy and eastern Shi’a foe to fall as if they were “lost in a sea of mirages of false hopes”.
To the Mujahideen, Hamed al-Ali states: “Cut the hands of those who want to put it down or change it. Fight hard against the enemy and hold your swords until you see their blood spilled. Rejoice the victory, your flag is victorious. Your good work in appreciated”.
