You're right; with republican control of both houses and the executive branch government programs will cease (there won't be any medicare prescription drug charity). Furthermore spending reductions will be the highlight of such a government.

Illegal immigration will be halted at the border and those illegals already in place will be dealt with harshly (not like they will be getting social security charity and excused from income taxes!).

I'm not planning on staying home but the sooner you guys pull your heads out of your nether regions and start acting like conservatives the more likely you'll keep those seats. Threats of 'look what the democrats will do' fairly pale when republicans turn around and do the same damn things.

Almost forgot to add to my list: In a conservative sweep of all three branches the judicious republican president would veto any attack on free speech like McCain-Feingold.
