people can do it, easier if they are dual citizens. (something I'm not too keen on) I only remember this because State Dept. was hassling a kid during the 90s about serving in the IDF while a US Citizen. He was an officer so that triggered the Dual allegiance, lose your citizenship thing.

Maddy Albright wasn't going to let him back in, but I'm pretty sure it was all cleaned up.
Do you not understand that we are fighting against Islamic terrorism in Afghanistan, Iraq and many other places where the war is covert and with many other methods besides militarily??
Israel is not the only country fighting terrorism and Hezbollah is not the only terrorist group. Ask the UK, Australia, Poland, South Korea, Denmark, El Salvador, Italy and many former Soviet Republics, among others.
If anyone is interested in joining a military, why don't they join ours? Is Israel more important to you than the USA???
Was he? I thought he got busted for resume enhancement. It turned out that he served in Israel in some volunteer capacity like Sar-El or Volunteers for Israel. I don't know what he did, but I don't think he served as an actual soldier.
Look's like you're right. His website doesn't mention a thing about him being in Israel but here's some BS from a Rolling Stone article http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/story/8091986/the_enforcer/ </br>
"There's the story about how his right middle finger was blown off by a Syrian tank when he was in the Israeli army." </br>
"Emanuel lost the finger to a meat slicer as a teenager and never served in the Israeli army."</br>
The Web is replete with stories of him being an Israeli warrior to him being in the Mossad. Funny though, he doesn't seem to stop the stories from spreading.
What is the Haganah K-98 chambered in? 8mm Mauser or 7.62 NATO?
7.62 , bought a couple as "youfixem's" and this one had the best bore. It doesn't have a haganah crest but has the
star of david stamp on the barrel.
Got a scout scope on it and use it for deer hunting.
But asking Americans to Serve a foreign country, even if they are an ally of ours, is wrong.
And those Americans that served in the British army in WWI?
Those American fliers that served in the Escadrille Lafayette of France?
What about the Flying Tigers, the American Volunteer Group?
A time is coming when we will have to choose, will we wait
for our country men to finally come to their senses, or will
we carry the fight we know we are in to the enemy now?
