Keep clam and don't try to dream up possible scenarios. There isn't anything you can do about it; one way or another, anyway.

With Rita we were well supplied. They were predicting 30 in. of rain. The only problem was, we didn't get any rain. That's what we were counting on for flushing toilets and washing clothes. We had to use our potable drinking water for that.
Our well runs on electricity and ours was off for a week.
