When I look at the beauty, intricacy and mathematical patterns in nature .... This is one good reason God exists. Generally speaking people in cities (man's creation) are Godless compared to people in rural locales who live surrounded by God's creation
Spoken like a true evolutionist. I think everybody who sees the beauty in nature and natural processes would be thrilled about how physics, chemistry, genetics, astronomy, geology come together in giving us humans the understanding of how we got here. It really is beautiful.
I do not see it as an argument/apologetic for a god. Human beings figured this out--with a lot of effort over centuries and with opposition from churches.
Great point regarding people who live in the country versus those in cities.
I was fortunate to be able to spend summers at places like Tahoe and Bolinas.Being surrounded by nature made my heart open up to God and His miracles.
