Minister Rizk expressed his regret that the Qana massacre did not horrify the conscience and did not bring about a UN decision for a ceasefire.

Maybe that's because the "Qana massacre" was staged by Hezbollywood and didn't happen at all!

Do I detect an admission by this Hezzie apologist that the fraud didn't work as well as planned?
