I feel smart and knowledgeable all of a sudden.
Rush is one of the few I will listen too. The show has an excellent format. Another great show for the learned people is Hume's show on the FNC. Of course this db is still the best for getting news, linking to news and analysis of the news.

No shocker here.
I would LOVE to see a battle of knowledge between Rush listeners and Err Amerika.

Upon hearing this news, a distraught and suicidal Rita Cosby barricaded herself in an office supply closet with 87 cases of Halls and 62 cartons of Kools.

"The average age of the audience of this program, 51,..."
Actually, according to the chart that's the percentage of listeners over 50 years old. (You can't expect the smartest news audience to miss something like that. ;-) )

I don't see "Common Sense" anywhere in this report...

Not sure about some of the results in the table, but I have found FReepers to be the most knowledgable group around.

So from the above numbers, in terms of education, Limbaugh fans and O'Reilly fans ranked 5/6 and dead last in graduating college (from about 1/2 to 2/3 the percentage of of New Yorker/Atlantic readers), but at least Limbaugh fans managed to answer 3 questions right more than most people -
1) Who is current US Sec'y of State?
2) Who is president of Russia?
3) What party controls Congress?
Great news for Rush, his fans may be less educated and years older than those of The Atlantic, but they're much better educated and years younger than O'Reilly!
