You still can't accept the concept that a NAZI was a socialist - I'm not surprised; after all, in a world were socialism is hailed as the cure all to social ill and antithesis of the political 'right' it is out of your narrow minded dorf perception that by "design" and "results" they are the same.

You still do not get it? Right? Well there are many different forms of socialism. I.e. Sweden had a very nice and decent form of it*, while socialism under Stalin or Pol-Pot was horrible. Nazism had some economic elements of socialism, but that was not the source of its bestiality. You find this source in the narrow minded uptight cretinism of its leaders. The belief to belong to a master race because of heritage. This is obviously something that you adopted (not only because of your misunderstanding of Darwinism and your belief to belong to a "master-race"- see above), since you told me that you are "polishing the deathheads of the SS insignia" (just a metaphor - you said it in different words) that your compatriots captured on the German battlefield in late WWII.

Besides I do not deny the barbarism of Stalin, Pol-Pol, Kim Il-Sung, Honecker or whatever. Why should I? Their systems were as abhorrent as nazism. Anyway they were something different. Like it or not.

* Just to make it clear: I dismiss Swedish socialism. But it was a comparatively harmless form of it

What is really sad about a looser like you is that even after your disproven you will continue. Keep reading ‘Der Spiegel’, it will make you a well informed person.

Think about this -

The NSA was part of the team that helped foil the latest terror plot. Place that somehow into your Bad Ailbling "hegomoniale Weltmacht Bush oel Cowboy" picture. Read some more of your Spiegel that will neglect this minor detail. Doesn’t fit in does it?

You are an imbecile. Did you ever do your compulsory military service in the BW or did you quit that too, do civil service or maybe even weasel yourself out of it altogether? People like you have nothing, not even a soul.

a) Will little Red6 join the heroic Army of new Iraq to fight bad bad Muqtada as-Sadr? Will he understand that the heroic USAF was justified in killing his family and in destroying his existance because of bad bad Muqtada as-Sadr?

Naturally-

Look at the Germans who joined the BW, the Italians who joined their military and so on…... We bombed Germany too, and there we didn't have Laser, GPS, EO, mmWR, IR sensor systems at the time.

Fact is, near all of those bombs hit their target and the enemy ALWAYS claims there were nothing but dwarf paralyzed children Christian nuns in that building. Every bomb that is released will always hit a hospital, medical supply warehouse, wedding, school....... pick one. Usually you tend to find minor discrepancies later like: the bodies were alreasy long dead and dug up, the target was actually killed...... in the follow on investigation which of course will always be a conspiring cover up according to you. In southern Lebanon you see the same thing. The war of 'perceptions' and 'public opinion' is important and another battlefield of its own. It is in fact one area where the enemy has an advantage.

If I drop a bomb on a house full of card carrying NAZI's and kill one, did that really affect the opinion of the others? They were the enemy anyway. Besides, it's a matter of wiping out those bad players. As you kill people, you also weed out certain patterns of thought. As you kill them, you do intimidate others. Some actually will turn as they see better ways for their future and family in changing their ways.

Besides, the issues aren’t about the 12 year old; he’s a pawn. At times when it is tactically necessary to save Coalition lives we’ll drop bombs in a city, but generally what we target is key people (As one AQ operative not to long ago figured out in Iraq). The 12 year old uneducated Arab boy will do what his leaders tell him. Those guys planting IED’s are not disenfranchised youths.

A critical mistake in Iraq was the US NOT taking a more hard line position and trying to engage leaders who were knowingly and obviously hostile players. Many of them like Muqtar Al Sadr were known from the get go in 2003 and we could have killed them with some problems, by 2004 when we fought him again (Something I partook in) he had grown in strength and today it is a reality that you have an Iraqi government that fears taking direct action against a Iran sponsored, anti-democratic leader who is in all truth a ‘warlord’. The window of opportunity to eliminate this threat has closed and today killing Muqtar will only come at a huge price (Riots etc). When in a war, fight a war. But the US tried to hard to be Mr. Niceguy. The truth is 180 degrees from your ‘Der Spiegel’ analysis of what is happening. Had the US put the ‘dickhead hat’ on right at the beginning and then loosened the reigns it would have gone a lot smoother than going in and saying ‘your free now’ and taking a more inclusive, engagement, lets get along approach as we did. I can give concrete examples (numerous). For example: We dropped the curfew after being there not even 3 months, too early. We were to fast in trying to create a sense of normality and that is exactly why some areas today are not normal. When fires are not extinguished early they tend to grow.

It is ironic in that the same socialist low brow morons who in Germany preach that the solution to Germany’s economic crisis is more socialism are the same idiots who think that dropping a bomb and our alleged heavy handedness has created people that want to fight us. To people like you the world is upside down.

Again you are clueless as to what you are trying to write on. Most of Iraq is actually quiet stable. Hell, Kurdistan is running ads in TV in multiple countries and actually has some tourism starting (Believe it or not)! Even outside of Baghdad itself there are some places where you could walk down the street as a westerner, unarmed. Most of the problem is really concentrated around 3 key places which are also economic and political centers of gravity. Ramadi, where my old unit is now at is one of the hot beds.

The “combat operations” is what gets all the attention since things go boom, but in truth this is but one small part of a larger picture. Of course it fits into your picture of how this war is bad and you as usual again pick up on this idea – as if this is new.

Do you think that “MAYBE” I didn’t hear the same moron arguments from the same morons like you after we bombed Libya in 1986? “Oh, you will only breed more terrorists. Oh, not all bombs hit their target. Oh, the collateral damage.” Looser arguments, propagated by losers who today seldom try to reflect back on their ignorant positions of past. We had this discussion as well. This is JUST like the Cold War and you are the same person who years ago talked about “Lieber Rot wie Tod” - ein Schlappschwanz (Did I get that right?)

To elaborate on my own post. We didn't finish the job in 1991 (And BTW the Germans at that time were asking why we didn't take out Saddam!) and in 2003 we went in and after we toppled this truly evil regime we still didn't go all the way!

if Bush is to be faulted of wrong doing in Iraq, it is that like his dad in 1991, he didn't go all the way. He didn't finish the job and instead walked a middle of the road path, something that does not work in war. War is like pregnancy. Your either pregnant or not, you can't be half pregnant. If you fight a war like Johnson did in Vietnam, or what Bush is trying to do in Iraq, you end up in trouble. War is brutal and if you want to succeed you have to think brutal. The graduated response approach of McNamara (which he still holds on to as a great idea) was a failure; likewise, Bush has allowed these monsters to form in Iraq.

If you want to fault this administration of wrong, that is where it is!

If you spank a child you don’t necessarily hate them, despite what some liberal intellectual tries to tell you. Sometimes ‘time out’ is not good enough. Some kids need it. Waiting until you create a monster, as we did, is our own fault. It’s never too late to fix. But the cure today is by far uglier than had we nipped it in the ass years ago.

It is again irony that Bush is considered as a far right 'conservative' in Germany. Fact is, he is not.

His policy on the US/Mexican boarder
Iraq
His position on Iran
etc

....He is moderate compared to the real hawks and neocons out there.
