.....the article noted that a twice-convicted sex offender had been arrested in connection with this case; he has not been tried and convicted.........but still, if he is the guilty party, why do the courts continue to let these scumbags back into society....? just a shame.... and what exactly would be wrong with castrating these folks before letting them back into society...? I certainly wouldn't lose any sleep over it...........
